Melissa Deslauriers is a recognized leader in event production and event technology with more than 30 years of industry experience. She is Director of Client Engagement at CCR Solutions and Part-Time Faculty at Conestoga College, specializing in event strategy, sales, marketing, and event technology.

In 2025, Melissa was named one of Eventex’s Most Influential Event Tech Professionals, alongside honors including Women to Watch (2024), BizBash’s 15 Over 50 (2022), and Canada’s 20 Most Influential People in the Events Industry (2024). She is passionate about collaboration, mentorship, and creating engaging, well-executed event experiences.
