Dr. Mohsen Rakhshan is an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he is the director of the Laboratory for Interaction of Machine and Brain (LIMB).
Prior to joining UCF, he was a distinguished fellow in Neural Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University. Mohsen earned his Ph.D. in Computational and Cognitive Neuroscience from Dartmouth College. He holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Shiraz University, focusing on Control Theory and Robotics.
Mohsen's research interests include human-robot interaction, brain-machine interfaces, and creating sensory-enabled technologies.
