A leading designer in the world of location-based experiences, live music, theatre, and beyond, Pablo is an artist and technologist with a long history of creating immersive environments where image, space, and performance operate as a single expressive system. Most recently, Molina served as Technical Director for the reinvention of the Top of the Rock Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

He has recently joined Disguise to help new projects come to life in his new role as the Senior Strategic Specifications Lead, Americas. He will be able to share his knowledge directly with creators and brands to expand the expressive potential of live visual performance, creating spaces where art, science, and imagination converge.
