Patricia Gagnon is a dynamic healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical, clinical and digital health innovation. As Director of Product Innovation at TELUS Health since 2019, she leads cutting-edge initiatives that are transforming the landscape of clinical care and health technology solutions.

Patricia's diverse career spans entrepreneurship and corporate leadership. She successfully ran a medical file company for a decade, which was later acquired by Dynacare. Her journey also includes a pivotal role as COO of a virtual care company, subsequently acquired by TELUS, and a 10-year tenure at Pfizer in various capacities.

At TELUS Health, Patricia led the development of Precision Health including designing spaces and patient journeys that bring these innovative products to life. With a Bachelor's in Medical Biology and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, Patricia combines scientific knowledge with business acumen to drive forward-thinking healthcare solutions, focusing on enhancing patient care and improving healthcare accessibility across Canada.
