Patricia White is an International Trustee and the Director of the IATSE Education and Training Department. Pat’s work centers on the training of IATSE local union leaders, craft skills & safety training of the workforce, and outreach and career programs for the next generation of entertainment professionals. She is honored to also serve as a member of the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) Council, and is an annual presenter at USITT, where she helps prepare students to enter the professional entertainment world. Pat is one of the architects of Hidden Career Path Days and the Theatrical Workforce Development Program for New York City high school students. She is the President of IATSE TWU Local 764, and serves on the Behind the Scenes Board of Directors and Mental Health Steering Committee. Pat also serves as a Class C Director on the New York Federal Reserve Board.
