Paul is a Team Lead within the AV Operations and Support team at Tufts University, acting as an escalation point for the broader team, training team members, and providing direct support for the teaching and learning program at Tufts.  Paul works closely with the AV Projects team at Tufts, representing the end-user in project meetings and assisting with design and commissioning of rooms.  Paul has more than 12 years of AV experience, including front of house engineering, video production and control, and client support.
