As AVIXA’s Economist, Peter Hansen has spent the last four years studying how the AV industry interacts with the wider economy.  Peter relishes the challenge of this task, to which he brings a data-focused skillset that he developed through past work as a researcher at the Federal Reserve Board. Peter has been published in Economics Letters, Economics Discussion Series, and The Atlantic—along with many AV outlets. He was recently selected as one of SCN Magazine’s The Nine, which honors the top young AV professionals. He encourages anyone interested in market trends to reach out and start a conversation about the future of AV.
