Phoebe Korn is a gifted Engineer & Project Manager.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has worked in engineering and program management capacities at major public and private organizations.  Her extensive experience, and Electrical Engineering degree specializing in audio, combine with her passion for innovation making her a sought-after expert in her field.

As the Sr. Engineering Program Manager for TeamPeople, Phoebe demonstrates outstanding leadership in both internal and external projects. She is a driving force in continuously refining the Program & Project Management consulting team's methodologies, tools, and systems, which speaks volumes about her commitment to excellence and innovation.  

Phoebe's role on TeamPeople’s AI Council is particularly noteworthy. She is instrumental in developing new methods and evangelizing paradigm shifts, actively helping clients embrace AI-centric solutions for the future. Her work in consulting on AI policies and the development and testing of AI Agent Clusters bridges thought-leadership with tangible, impactful implementations, delivering significant value in complex AV projects and programs.

Prior to working at TeamPeople Phoebe developed and stood-up AV programs at-scale delivering AV technology into broadcast and event spaces across 1700 global locations at Google.  She has worked for One Diversified leveraging her expertise in engineering and program management to incubate and scale a program from 3 project managers to a staff of 25 supporting over $100 million dollars in revenue.  She consulted for companies such as Verizon Wireless and Gibson Guitars leading multi-disciplinary teams.  Her foundational engineering knowledge and skills were developed early in her career working as an applications engineer supporting both analog and digital audio technologies for Dolby Laboratories and developing automated audio test methods at Apple.
