Rachael Harris began her career as a lighting technician in New Jersey regional theaters and has since expanded her skill set to include Technical Direction, Stage Management, Production Management, and Venue Management for a variety of live event sectors. After Rachael joined her first AV company as a Technical Manager, she developed her understanding of end-user operation and corporate AV system design & installation. Rachael brings a showbiz lens to her projects and strives to furnish both colleagues and clients with streamlined, approachable solutions that deliver smooth shows and communications.
