Rich Kowalske is the founder of We Know IT, a leading provider of subcontract installation, programming and commissioning. Rich has been in the audio video industry since 1995 and has an extensive background in installation and commissioning.  Attention to detail and end user satisfaction are a key components in all projects that Rich and his team are involved in. Rich is a former chair of the Certification Steering Committee and places high importance on education and certification.
