Richard is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of AV experience. He has contributed over 21 years of hard work and dedication to the Crestron team. He currently runs the Training and Technical Documentation departments at Crestron. He is responsible for releasing Crestron hardware, software, and firmware updates. He works closely with Crestron Services Providers. He has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Technical Theater Design and Management from New York University. He has a Master’s in Communications from Montclair State University. Rich is a Balloon Pilot for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
