Rick leads the Consulting and Strategy group within CBRE’s Workplace Technology Services group partnering with clients to integrate workplace technologies with the design and build of the future office. Fostering a collaborative intelligence across project stakeholders, Rick ensures technologies are incorporated into all aspects of the project life cycle. From site selections, lease conditions, permit drawings, and construction schedules his integrated model has proven its value removing unnecessary costs, reducing rework, decreasing change orders, minimizing drawing revisions, and delivering fully functional space to the client on the first day of occupancy.
