Over the past twenty years, Rob has cultivated a multidisciplinary expertise in audiovisual, acoustics, and converged systems design. His experience spans vertical markets including cultural, education, corporate, government/military, hospitality, and healthcare. He possesses a specialized skillset that includes acoustical modeling, auralization, intelligibility prediction and measurement, broadcast video production systems, large venue sound system design, and systems calibration. He balances these technical skills with strong proficiency in client management and communication, and takes pride in his ability to illustrate technical topics to non-technical audiences. Rob has more than twenty years' experience developing computer models for simulation of loudspeaker systems and room acoustics, and devotes equal attention to the testing and field calibration of sound and video systems using the latest acoustical data acquisition and signal analysis tools.
