Roy is part of the Microsoft Digital team with responsibility to plan, prioritize and budget the lifecycle refresh of Microsoft's 14,000 conference rooms globally. Working closely with the Hive team, Roy uses his continuous improvement (CI) background to look for all opportunities to drive efficiencies across the room design, and deployment process. Reducing the total cost of ownership, enables Microsoft to refresh and support rooms at scale.
