Becher's core competency is as an Engineer. She began in 1982 in Radio/TV Broadcast in the control room and production studio. She worked several years in the Hospitality/Convention industry, and in the Integration field as: Lead Installer, Field Service Engineer, Project Manager, Service & Facility Operations, Equipment Sales and System Design. She has served as instructor at Infocomm, ISE, and as STEM Educator for SAMSAT. She says her current position as Senior Associate for Shen, Milsom & Wilke, LLC is her favorite because it is filled with great people, and she utilizes all of her industry knowledge every week.
