Sergio is a passionate advocate for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences. With a background in Marketing and specialized training in customer service, sales, and Service Design, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creative thinking to the AV industry.
He holds multiple certifications—including DTCP (Design Thinking Certificate Professional), CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) from AVIXA, and an MBA with a Business Analytics certificate from Indiana Tech. Over the past 20 years, Sergio has led AV planning, design, and commercial development for leading technology integration firms in Mexico.
As AVIXA’s Regional Manager for Mexico, Northern Central America, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic, Sergio is focused on expanding the organization’s presence and driving engagement with its programs across the region.
