Shannon is a product strategist with 20+ years of experience in delivering innovative solutions that drive millions in revenue. She has a history of producing immediate results upon entering competitive markets and she is known for re-evaluating products, identifying customer pain points, gathering valuable market data, and designing extremely effective sales tools. Currently Shannon is the General Manager for Lenovo’s Global Smart Collaboration Business and is responsible for P&L, business strategy, portfolio management, operations, customer experience, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Lenovo in late 2019, Shannon spent over 20 years at Dell and has held various positions in her career across WW procurement, quality, service, brand management, retail, product marketing and product management. She has a B.S. in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys traveling and spending time on Lake Travis with her family, and their 3 golden retrievers.
