Steve is an expert at solving problems that are often invisible to the team and the client.

Passionate about discovering smart opportunities and creating the process for application and adoption, his mission is to create clarity in "why, what, and how" and to build the roads that lead us to the goal.

Steve's broad exposure to complex projects has led him to play many roles: team leader, consultant, engineer, philosopher, and personal coach.

As the design lead for built-environment technology systems, Steve works closely with project stakeholders to determine business-case opportunities and requirements that can be enhanced or solved by technology. He is mindful of the user experiences throughout the technology stack and endeavors to reduce or remove micro-decisions and improve the flow throughout the whole user journey. Steve creates accessible design narratives, writes detailed specifications, and develops construction documentation for technology systems.
