Sumirko Oei has worked in a variety of roles at Tufts University for more than 25 years, and is currently the Team Lead for AV Projects and Architecutre, overseeing a team of 3 project managers and 2 installers, and integrating more than 100 rooms annually.  At Tufts, Sumirko started at the IT Helpdesk, and brings a strong background in customer support, networking, desktop support and video conferencing to current AV projects.
