Following a successful career building recruitment businesses, Tom Ross has spent the last 15 years working predominantly with early-stage, high-growth tech businesses and in particular SAAS and digital services companies including multi-billion dollar businesses such as Groupon and IPG as well as private-equity backed start-ups. For the last 5 and a half years he has overseen commercial activity for NowSignage as Commercial Director and the business has since grown from a 3 man firm in Manchester to one of the world's fastest-growing and most respected brands in the digital signage industry, with live projects in 45 countries globally, employees on 3 continents and reseller and distribution channels established in 58 countries and 4 continents. Once a disruptor and challenger to a long-established sector within AV, NowSignage's CMS is now a multi-award winning platform and recently won "Digital Signage Technology of the Year 2022" at the AV Awards in London, UK. Tom is a passionate technologist, a keen disruptor, a strategic big-thinker, and a huge believer in close collaboration between technologies within the AV industry.
