Trevor Flynn is the owner and principal of Flynn Design Services, a Northern Michigan–based audiovisual engineering and design firm founded in 2013. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a respected partner to institutions, integrators, and architects throughout the U.S., delivering custom AV solutions across corporate, education, healthcare, government, and retail sectors. 

With more than 20 years of experience in AV and systems engineering, Trevor brings deep technical knowledge and a user-centered design philosophy to each project. Flynn Design Services is built on the tenet that technology should be accessible and intuitive, and he champions clarity in communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. 

Trevor holds the CTS-D certification, reflecting his commitment to professional standards in AV design. He is passionate about staying current in technological trends, maintaining cross-manufacturer certification credentials so that the firm remains agile across diverse project needs. 

As a husband, father of four, and recent cancer survivor, Trevor strives to strike the balance between the importance of family with his love for technology and design.
