Vince Lepore is the Director of Global Training at Audinate, where he leads the strategy and delivery of the Dante by Audinate training and certification ecosystem — the industry's most widely adopted AV-over-IP education program. His globally distributed team delivers certification courses, in-person Dante Mastery Classes, and training events that serve tens of thousands of AV professionals each year.

With nearly 20 years in higher education including 13 years in the classroom, Vince brings a rare combination of deep technical knowledge and proven instructional expertise to the pro-AV industry. Vince is also an active contributor to the broader AV community, serving on AVIXA's CTS Steering Committee and the Advisory Board for Orange Technical College. He is based in Orlando, Florida.
