Wendy Feldstein, Snr Vice President of Design at Crestron Electronics, a global leader in AV integration. She oversees and engineers the creation of Crestron’s mechanical products and has 75 patents.

She turned a drafting dept into a robust Engineering Services team. With a talent for bringing order to chaos for 35yrs she creates standards and procedures to improve processes throughout the company. She champions employees to develop their full potential with mentoring and training.

She believes strongly in giving to the community; frequently participating in educational events. She prides herself on identifying & nurturing potential in people. She empowers girls & women by encouraging STEM education, critical thinking & problem-solving skills. She has been ahead of her time, bringing a passion for the environment into product design. A member of her local environmental commission and several other boards. She is Co-Chair of the SAVe Manufacturing Council and on several AVIXA Councils
