What to expect when picking up your badge

What to expect when picking up your badge

Picking up your badge at InfoComm 2021 is going to be a little different this year due to the health and safety parameters in place. Advance registration is required this year. You can use your own devices to register if you come onsite without a registration.

The tiles below will walk you through the badge pickup process.

  1. First, determine if you would like to use the CLEAR Health Pass app.
  2. Then, determine if you want to provide proof of a negative COVID test OR proof of a COVID vaccine.

Read more about these policies on the health and safety page.

Using the CLEAR Health Pass App

Using the CLEAR app allows you to provide the necessary information before you even get in line, making your badge pickup process much quicker. Available for US residents only.

Not using the CLEAR Health Pass App

  • Register for InfoComm 2021 before you arrive.

  • Go to a badge pickup location and find the line designated for those not using the CLEAR app.

  • Provide a state issued ID or Passport

Option 1) Proof of Negative COVID Test

Negative COVID-19 test results are good for 5 days (120 hours). You will need to provide an updated negative test if your original test expires before the conclusion of your participation in the event.

  • Select that you will be providing a negative COVID test.
  • Digitally link a COVID-19 test result
  • Fill out the Health Screening Survey
  • Once onsite, go to one of the badge pickup locations and go to the designated line for those using the CLEAR app.
  • Show the staff your amber CLEAR pass.
    • If you have a red Health Pass, go to the Help Desk located in the registration area.
  • Scan the barcode on your registration confirmation email to print your badge. If you haven't accepted show policies, you will receive an incomplete registration email at that time to accept them.
  • When entering the show floor and meeting rooms, show your amber mark in the CLEAR app to show staff.
  • Every day of the show you will need to fill out the Health Screening Survey in the CLEAR app to access your Health Pass.

Option 1) Proof of Negative COVID Test

Negative COVID-19 test results are good for 5 days (120 hours). You will need to provide an updated negative test if your original test expires before the conclusion of your participation in the event.

  • Provide documentation in English that has your name, date of test, and a negative COVID-19 test result.

  • You will need to return to get a new wrist band every day.

Option 2) Proof of COVID Vaccine

Only vaccines authorized and recommended by the CDC for use in the United States can be used as proof of vaccination. A vaccination is “full” once two weeks have passed from the date of the second dose of a two-dose vaccination (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty) or once two weeks have passed from the first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccination.
