InfoComm 2024, the largest trade show focused on pro AV in North America, will host An Evening at Sphere on Tuesday, June 11.
The event begins with a reception in the Atrium, where, through one-of-a-kind immersive technology experiences created specifically for Sphere, guests will gain a better understanding of how technology amplifies our human potential. The guests will then enter the main venue bowl for a multi-sensory cinematic experience – Darren Aronofsky’s Postcard from Earth.
InfoComm attendees are invited to purchase tickets as seating is limited and subject to first-come, first-served availability.

An Evening at Sphere tickets are available through the show registration. All tickets must be purchased through InfoComm’s registration site and this event is limited and subject to availability. InfoComm exhibitors can purchase available suites and learn more by contacting exhibitsales@avixa.org.

How Can I Purchase Tickets for An Evening at Sphere?
Go to infocommshow.org/register
- Add your personal information.
- On the Sessions & Events page, locate the Networking Events section and add “An Evening at Sphere - Presented sponsor AVI Systems.”
- Pay and complete your registration.
Log back into your registration dashboard at infocommshow.org/register
- Go to “Session/Event Information” tab and click the “Edit Information” button.
- Click through to the Sessions & Events page, locate the Networking Events section, and add “An Evening at Sphere - Presenting sponsor AVI Systems.”
- Pay and complete your registration.
Do I need a ticket for An Evening at Sphere?
Yes, to enjoy An Evening at Sphere as part of InfoComm 2024, you are required to have a ticket.
Can I purchase tickets in-person or onsite?
Unfortunately, tickets will not be available for purchase in person or onsite. All tickets must be purchased through InfoComm 2024 registration.
Once I purchase a ticket for An Evening at Sphere, when should I expect my ticket to be sent to me?
All tickets for An Evening at Sphere will be processed the week of the event, by Monday, June 10. Once Sphere has processed tickets, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on downloading your ticket.
How do I get my tickets?
Sphere uses mobile tickets only. It is recommended to download and add your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet in advance of your arrival. To access your tickets, please follow the highlighted link to access your SPHERE ACCOUNT MANAGER. It’s important that you use the email you provided, likely your work email, to sign in or create a new account. After that, you can save to your phone’s wallet for a quick, easy entry!
Do I need to have a smartphone to display my ticket to enter the event? Can I show more than one ticket on the same phone?
Your mobile tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone. It is recommended to download and add your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet in advance of your arrival. Guests can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable.
I am an exhibitor at InfoComm 2024, how can I purchase a suite?
InfoComm 2024 exhibitors may purchase available suites by contacting Exhibitsales@avixa.org.
Is there an age requirement to attend An Evening at Sphere? Do children require a ticket?
An Evening at Sphere will follow the age requirements of InfoComm 2024. No one under the age of 16 may attend.
Tickets are required for anyone planning to attend An Evening at Sphere.
What is the refund policy?
All registration refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to infocomm@compusystems.com.
A full refund will be issued for registration cancellations if written notice is received by May 8, 2024.
No refunds will be made for requests received after May 8, 2024.
What do General Admission tickets mean? Will my seat be assigned?
Tickets for An Evening at Sphere are General Admission. General admission seating for the event is unassigned. Guests may choose a seat within the available open sections of Sphere.
I am an Exhibitor at InfoComm 2024, how do I register myself and/or my staff for An Evening at Sphere?
Exhibitor Key Contact:
For booth staff that has not been yet registered:
- Log into exhibitor registration dashboard through Exhibitor Resources Center
- Select Add Booth Staff, and answer yes to the question "Would you like to add any sessions to this Exhibitor's Registration?"
- Locate this event on the second session page and add this event to their record
- Pay and complete their registration.
For booth staff that has already been registered:
- Log into exhibitor registration dashboard through Exhibitor Resources Center
- Select View/Edit Completed Registrations
- Locate this staff, and click Registration button
- Go to Session/Event Information tab
- Locate this event on the second session page and add this event to their record
- Pay and complete their registration.
I am an exhibit staff member, but I don’t think I am registered yet, how can I attend An Evening at Sphere?
Ask your Exhibitor Key Contact to register you for an exhibitor badge first.
The Exhibitor Key Contact will be able to register this event for you during the process. Or you can register for this session yourself after the exhibitor badge for registered is provided to you. Follow the above steps for booth staff that has already registered.

Shuttle service will not be provided to Sphere, guests are expected to arrange their own transportation to the venue. Getting around Las Vegas
